  • Trước khi mua bảo hiểm, người mua bảo hiểm cần chuẩn bị hợp đồng, chứng minh nhân dân (hoặc thẻ cư trú), và chứng nhận lịch sử của xe. Sau khi hoàn tất việc mua bảo hiểm, công ty bảo hiểm sẽ cung cấp chứng chỉ bảo hiểm điện tử dựa trên số điện thoại di động hoặc email đã lưu khi mua bảo hiểm.   • Phí và quy định thời gian cho bảo hiểm xe điện nhỏ:
    1. Xe mới: Bắt buộc mua bảo hiểm trong 3 năm.
    2. Xe đã sử dụng: Thời hạn bảo hiểm bắt buộc dựa trên ngày sản xuất, ngày sản xuất có thể được xác định từ chứng nhận lịch sử.
    3. Xe đã sử dụng chưa tới 1 năm: Bảo hiểm bắt buộc có thể chọn mua 2 hoặc 3 năm.

  • Khi xe đạp điện mini gặp tai nạn giao thông làm người bị thương hoặc tử vong, chúng ta nên xử lý như thế nào?
    • Khi xảy ra tai nạn, điều quan trọng nhất là phải giữ bình tĩnh, ghi lại “biển số xe”, và lưu ý những điểm chính sau:

        5. Vi phạm điều 21 hoặc 21.1 của luật quản lý giao thông đường bộ. Vì vậy, nếu tài xế lái xe sau khi uống rượu gây thương vong cho người khác, sau khi bồi thường cho nạn nhân, bảo hiểm sẽ đòi lại tiền từ tài xế trong phạm vi tiền bảo hiểm.

Cố gắng chụp ảnh tình hình hiện trường, dấu vết trên mặt đường, đồ vật rơi vãi và tình trạng hỏng hóc của xe. Nếu xe được sử dụng để đưa người bị thương đi cấp cứu, vẫn cần đánh dấu bốn góc xe hoặc lốp xe và vẽ một hình tam giác để chỉ dẫn hướng di chuyển của xe.
      3. Cố gắng tìm nhân chứng để giúp làm rõ sự việc. Nếu xe gây tai nạn bỏ trốn, cố gắng thu thập thông tin như biển số, loại xe, đặc điểm và hướng bỏ trốn để tham khảo khi báo cáo.
      4. Nếu không có người bị thương trong tai nạn và xe vẫn có thể hoạt động, sau khi đánh dấu vị trí và chứng cứ tại hiện trường, nên di chuyển xe ra lề đường và báo cáo cho cảnh sát.
